Charming apartment located in the trendy Kreis 3 of Zurich. Walking distance to all bars, restaurants, shops and everything Zurich has to offer. It is a 1 bedroom apartment which I rent out while on vacation. My bedroom will be closed off while I'm not there so the apartment is essentially available as a studio. The sofa pulls out to a comfortable bed which is where guests sleep (ideal for 1-2 people). Clean sheets, pillows and towels will be provided.

Situated only a 15-minute walk from Zurich's main train station (HB), our flat is the perfect place to stay in the city center but also relax since it's very quiet. It's also well connected by two main tram lines (2+8) which makes it easy to access from the train station or airport. Located in the heart of Zurich (district 4) there are many restaurants, bars, cafés in walking distance to be explored. Main supermarkets are just 200 meters away.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Swiss Cozy studio

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away
