The house is very close to the beach of Bacutia and you can walk - maximum 10 minutes. The way by day is quiet but the night is quite deserted and ideally needs to be made by car. It has market, drink distributor nearby and is next to Meaipe which has a good restaurant structure. It is 10km from Guarapari. Were sensational days! Mr. Antônio's house is wonderful and very clean and organized. The attention he gave us since before the entrance and even after the exit was surreal. Can rent without fear, vcs will be enchanted! In the condominium, close to the house there is a court with a lane around which was great for running, and I did not do my physical activity. The house has everything you need for excellent lodging, we hope to be back soon!

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the hosted group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. My stay at Juliana's place was great. In fact, as mentioned in comments below, the house surprises in person. It is wide, airy and was clean. It has a very good structure and allows everyone to be well accommodated. We had complications due to an overload of energy in Guarapari, but this did not hinder the stay. The place is beautiful, the impeccable structure: several bathrooms, several bedrooms and leisure options for all ages - soccer camp, pool, swing, fishing, contact with nature and , for those who like, a television.
