We loved the house, went with a family for a 5-day stay, because it was December, the peak of the summer, we felt a lot of heat, we suggested air conditioning in the rooms, there is a ceiling fan and we took one more, but it was still very hot. We did not know the place, for those who go from Vitória-ES to the site we suggest that you first throw the location of the city center and then the location, the direct path of the GPS leads to a very bad place to pass. The place is very nice and pleasant, we made family photos, there is a waterfall practically in the backyard of the house, to hear the noise of the waters, the pool was scheduled for cleaning, so we had a swimming pool always clean, in addition to the maintenance that was done during the stay.

Structured home, great location, always available host. A good place for children to play and leisure for adults as well. I recommend it to those who wish to explore the region.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The cottage is charming, it has everything you need, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, among others. It is in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops in general. With great beaches nearby, such as Bacutia, Peracanga, which are very quiet and family-friendly. (There are many others also easily accessible by car or even on foot). The condominium is very beautiful and has several options for leisure. All very organized and clean. Bruno was always attentive and proactive, he answered us quickly… he gave us all the necessary coordinates to the location. We loved it, too bad we stayed 7 days and only enjoyed two days of sunshine. It rained a lot and the weather didn't help us much at the time we went. However, we highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice apartment, the location facing the black sand beach and on the main avenue of the city. Both Jussara and Leonardo served me quickly and all the times I needed, the apartment was exactly the same as in the pictures and cleaned. We'll come back more often, thank you.

I highly recommend the retreat of the hat, what a wonderful place, exactly as in the photos, a wonderful lake with deck, paddle boat, kayak, the outdoor area is wonderful with barbecue, the rooms excellent with individual bathrooms, large living room, nothing to complain about, my group and I loved it and would definitely come back.
