The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. The location is centrally located in the center of Remseck - Aldingen district. Bus lines to the residential city of Ludwigsburg or the tram to Stuttgart are within a few minutes' walking distance. The apartment does not have a parking space.

A bus stop is 100 meters from the house, which serves the destinations Waiblingen, Fellbach and Esslingen.
