a super accessible and friendly host. the incredible space, fulfills the purpose. wonderful to rest in a friendly village but full of nightlife, if you want. the house: a retreat of silence and quiet if you wish. Returning to Mérida and Óscar's house is like being at home, it has already become a mandatory place of interest for us. Oscar is always attentive to everything we need, the area is very quiet to rest, close to the center and fully equipped... Anyway, I'm going to say that whenever I pass through Mérida, I stay at this accommodation. Thanks again for everything. We'll see you after the holidays as an intermediate stop to rest.

Perfect relaxing accommodation for our Honeymoon break. Plenty of equipment incl fans and air con for the hot days.

We were a family of six and had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculately, clean, very comfortable and had the extras that we all love which included coffee, wine, glasses, and a full kitchen. I would Highly recommend this Airbnb.

The host was always present to answer our questions. The apartment was spotless, new. It had a parking space. The accommodations couldn't be better.

Check-in was self contained and easy. If it is true that the apartment was in a first and there was no elevator. The area was pedestrian so we had to park the car on a nearby street (about 3 minutes walk) but we were lucky and it was white area. Anáis was very vigilant that we found the site without a problem and oriented us so that we could park nearby. The apartment was small but very flirtatious. Everything was very clean and tidy, so the space was well taken advantage of.

I really enjoyed my stay at Piso Abril. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The built-in closet and laundry area were super handy, and the terrace was a nice spot to relax. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the place comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast—perfect for working remotely. I also liked that parking was easy in the area. Overall, a great place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Mérida and highly recommend this apartment! The location is fantastic — we were able to explore the beauty of the entire city just by walking, which was a huge plus for us. It was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept us comfortable the whole time. The apartment was clean, cozy, and very comfortable for both us and our dog.

The apartment was in super condition everything looked brand new and was spotlessly clean. The location was very quiet with limited places for eating but maybe more selection in the summer months. Would certainly stay again if in the area.

A very comfortable and very clean place to stay. I had plenty of utensils . It had firewood available and a very comfortable beds. The accommodation is excellent.

The apartment had pretty much everything you needed, and Miguel was very responsive, knows the town very well and was happy to provide guidance for any questions you had about either the apartment or the town and it's surroundings.

We attended Pepi and was super friendly and nice. We gave sheets, she asked us even if we preferred another apartment so that we were more comfortable. He brought us firewood and recommended places to see in Alburquerque, dinner and breakfast. Totally recommended to go for breakfast at Rodeo which is next door.

Entry in nighttime without hassle. The best churrería in the town and the best bakery a few meters from the apartment. Very clean stay, it has everything you need to spend a few days and feel like you are at home. Free parking area in the building's garage. Yes there is possibility we will repeat!!

The house is very nice, the only thing that does not appear in the photos is that the radiator tubes are on the walls, they have them covered with foam so that you do not hurt, but if you go with a baby who is starting to walk it is something to consider because it is easy to hit... otherwise everything is perfect
