The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Liebe Gäste, die Pension Pallini liegt am Ortsrand von Haag, einem ehemaligen Luftkurort, inmitten dem wunderschönen Naturpark Steigerwald. Der frühere Heuboden über dem Pferdestall wurde zu einem großzügigen, modernen Loft-Apartment umgebaut. Unsere grüne Oase bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Hügellandschaft des Steigerwaldes, in der man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wer die Nähe zur Natur und den Tieren sucht ist bei uns genau richtig.

The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and plenty of air (4.20 m height). The fully glazed barn door brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and is therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

In our traditional granary, the supplies of the Griesbach farm were once stored. After a thorough renovation, you can now stay in a modern cottage that lacks no comfort. Welcome to our charming top floor apartment with balcony! The lovingly renovated, listed former barn can accommodate 9-10 people. Each room has its own sink. A seminar room (last photos) can be booked on request (information at Eutopia Schopfheim). The train stop "Schlattholz Schopfheim" is just 5 minutes away. Basel (35 min) and Freiburg (60 min) are within easy reach and offer great destinations. An elevator is available.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Ursprünglich war es mal ein Stall, der dann 2012 ausgebaut wurde und ab dem 01.04.2019 euch auch die Möglichkeit gibt,in einem Wasserbett zu übernachten. Im Preis inbegriffen sind die seit 01 Januar 2026 5% Übernachtungsteuer, und Service Gebühren. Es ist ausgeschlossen das in einem 2oo Jahr alten Gebeute alles Staub-frei ist. Ein außergewöhnliches Studio in der alten Scheune unserer denkmalgeschützten Wassermühle – mit viel Raumhöhe, großen gläsernen Rundbogentoren und besonderer Atmosphäre. Viel Licht und direkter Zugang zur eigenen Terrasse im Garten. Kaminofen für gemütliche Abende und ein Queensize-Himmelbett mit Blick zum ruhigen Innenhof. In summer, rustic natural stone walls await guests with a pleasant coolness - in winter, the crackling fireplace welcomes you with cosy warmth. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace. At a height of four metres, the ceiling arches and the rustic flair of the living room is complemented by a state-of-the-art kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms can accommodate two people each.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.
