In der Villa befindet sich auch der Qube-Garden mit einer 200 qm großen Sonnenterrasse und umfangreicher Loungeausstattung. OG, 2. OG und 3. OG lädt Sie der goldene Adler ein, über den historischen Dächern von Markdorf zu logieren. Auf 3 Stockwerken wurden insgesamt 14 1-Zimmer-Apartments, zwei 2-Zimmer-Apartments und zwei 3-Zimmer-Apartments geschaffen.
