Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Two bedroom basement apartment with all amenities to help you have a wonderful stay when you visit Green Bay, NL. House is located on the waterfront in Springdale, NL. New reno! Everything has been brought down to studs! Playpen, bed rails, toys, extra blankets, stroller onsite for people travelling with infants and toddlers. Apartment is at the back of the building, down over some stairs.

Less than 4 hours drive to the east and historic StJohn’s, 3 hrs west to Corner Brook, 2 hours to Twillingate, Hr Breton and Fogo Island! 10 minutes to Grand Falls-Windsor and Botwood ... so many places to visit and no where better to anchor down!

The 3rd level can be used to accommodate children or extra guests. The top level is home to an amazing view. Nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. A peaceful Harbour view! This modern 2 BR house is a beautiful spot to enjoy the many things summer/winter has to offer. We are just meters from the Exploits River, kayak launch, the boardwalk, trestle and the track. We are also walking distance to the arena, ballfield and the Knights of Columbus. Grocery/liquor store and Tim Hortons is close by. If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!

Emma’s Place. Three bedroom home in great location

This cozy three bedroom home is in a great location just minutes from the Trestle, Kayak launch, boardwalk, Tim Hortons and stadium. Excellent for atvs or snowmobiles as we are located alongside the Nfld trailway. Also, it’s just a ten minute drive to Grand Falls-Windsor for shopping or doctor’s appointments.
