Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

I recently visited Goa with my family, and staying at Shilpa's home truly felt like a slice of paradise. The place had every amenity we could possibly need, and Shilpa herself was incredibly warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. She even went above and beyond by letting us check in 3–4 hours early, which was a huge help. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another charming guest, Kalu the cat! He’s absolutely adorable and such a sweetheart. Our experience with both Shilpa and Kalu was wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. If you're new to Goa, don’t hesitate to ask Shilpa for local recommendations; hers were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.

Mona collective is a great place to stay in Calangute. I din't get to interact with the owner, but Lucian( host) is an absolute gem always available on call and ready to help with anything needed during the stay. looking forward to visiting again soon!

We have planned to stay Triana for 2 days but as it was too good so we have extended our stay for one more day here Aditya, the owner of this property was very helpful We enjoyed our stay very much Would recommend this to everyone 🤟🏻

The property is located inside a gated community. The security is great, and it's a good place, not too far from the city areas. It is quite, serene amd comfortable. The pluge pool is small, but enough to "plunge" with two people. The community pool is cleaned daily and it is quite big. The stay was awesome and everything was very clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Arpora. Sheeja's place was clean and comfortable. Sheeja had given us clear instructions and it was wasy to check in. Bathroom and linen were clean, all the appliances worked. Sheeja was responsive and helpful. Location wise its easy to get to Baga, Vagator and Calangute beaches and to fish restaurants like Goan Spice and Fat Fish from here. Also close to Birch night club which has good food and music. Parking is also easy. Well maintained and clean swimming pool - I just wish it was open past 7 pm because its hot all day. Shoutout to the watchmen for helping with luggage. Will come back to stay in the future.

Absolutely love the location and price of the apartment was also great 👍🏼. Building entrance is getting repaired otherwise apartment was very clean and all the amenities were spot on. It was clean and comfortable. Linet & Rehan both were helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb( Kahini) . The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful making check-in and communication easy. Sana’s apartment was the perfect base for our Goa trip. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful vibe despite being so close to the action. Sana was a wonderful host – responsive, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

Location was amazing. We can see the sea from balcony, terrace was not clean, but balcony was good. Small set up of kitchen which was good. 5 stars for the View from the room.

A great place to stay. Centrally located its close to many restaurants, cafes , beaches and many more. The pool is awesome , the property feels like home. The host is great provides basic necessities. So yah a great pick!

We had an amazing stay. Sukoon was just neat and clean. Very cool interiors. Sukoon is full of all the necessities including iron , washing machine, hair dryer, oven etc. You will feel right at home. Place is near to candolim beach. I just loved the place. Hearty thanks for hosting us. will visit again.♥️

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.
