The unit is approximately 2 km from the central district, reachable in 15minutes. As Baguio folks always say, anywhere in Baguio is just 15 minutes away. *Stairs-access*

This spacious, bright, clean townhouse can accommodate 15 people. It is 12-15 minutes from Burnham Park, SM, Session Road, and Camp John Hay. It has complete kitchen and dining equipment and utensils. And a big attic bedroom. There is plenty of hot and cold water. Wi-Fi is free, strong, and stable. There are 3 nice verandas, too. Parking is free for two cars and is well-secured. You can enter from the side road or through the main gate. We have 7 vacation homes if you need more.
