Nice place close to the beach, good AC, attached to a nice cafe

The building is new, everything is very clean and very well kept. Two very comfortable pools, there is children's playground. The only thing missing is having a restaurant or snacks inside the premises.

Very nice, quiet, safe and highly recommended

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

Great stay! The place was clean and very quiet. Needed a reprieve from the heat in June and Tiffany’s place has great AC! Loved the inner courtyard and pool area. Very peaceful resort feel. Also loved the hug roof top deck and lounge area. Had coffee and watched the sunrise every morning from the rooftop, listening to the local roosters doing their morning wake up for the neighborhood.

Very good accommodation, equipped, well maintained, and in excellent condition. It is private, ideal for resting and the best thing is that they allow access to pets. Manuel was very helpful and attentive to the arrival and the doubts that arose. I am satisfied with this experience and recommend it.

the view of the pool is beautiful. The exit to the beach seemed super good, it is only down steps and I was also able to take my dog, the super friendly staff loved the location, so I mention if I would come back and even stay an extra night but has many details that I would like to improve. Every day the water went away, the internet rarely worked the bathroom in the room smell ugly and it was not so clean. hopefully improve on that because we were treated super well and it is very good place.

Excellent place to stay, personally it was my husband, my daughter and I, everything was super comfortable except for the dining room chairs, too high to enjoy your meals, also the blind in the room is very translucent which does not allow you to rest because a lot of light comes in, I recommend black out or a dark blind. Yadira was always looking out for us, the reception staff were super friendly, I wouldn't change anything, everything is perfect, just the aforementioned. Thank you very much Yadira!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The host was also very attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the water!

I loved the place, it's very nice and they were always attentive. The only thing I didn't love is that there are no bathrooms in the pool area, you have to go up to the apartment or down to the reception. It would be good to mention that the condominium has several rules, such as not allowing loudspeakers and not making noise after 11 pm, in case someone thinks of going on a party plan, consider it. But that's a condominium issue. The administrators always had good service and the apartment is very clean and has what you need to spend a pleasant few days. I would definitely come back.

Excellent place to stay and relax, everything is as advertised. In addition to this, the service from César and the person who attended us in the tower was great, always attentive and quick to respond.

Ivan is super host,always attentive to everything you need and facilitates everything very quickly for a good stay,in my case I improve the delivery times of the place and the questions I asked for clarifications and doubts he responded very quickly and kindly.

Vanesa and Lucia's attention was excellent, the instructions clear and responding quickly to my needs or concerns. The apartment is in very good condition, with good accessibility and location, as well as easy access. We had a great time! My only suggestion is the renovation of some items such as pans, ice cream and beach chairs as some of them are broken or in inadequate condition.

This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Couldn’t have been any happier with our 1 week stay here. We’re here for a family wedding across the street at Villa Encanta, so the location was perfect! The building and the unit were exceptionally clean! The 2 BR unit worked very well for our family! The views and sunsets were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lounge area. The on-site staff were pleasant and helpful. Miriam and staff very responsive to questions and concerns from booking until check out! Would most definitely return for a stay!

Thank you for taking care of every detail in an apartment full of warmth and excellent taste. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and everything in general is super clean and in good condition, the towels and sheets are clean without hair, the beds are comfortable, 10/10 everything, we will definitely return! 😃 All the amenities offered by Maritima beach are excellent and the staff are very friendly, very good service. Suggestions: The grinder needs to be used with some frequency and keep the drain free of debris that can get stuck and clog due to lack of movement Roll-up blinds, especially blackout blinds for bedrooms Too big and heavy. And it is very easy to get stuck in the aluminum doors of windows.
