Beachfront holiday rentals in Mexico

Our family of 5 adults had the most amazing week at Norma’s beautiful home! Norma was always very quick to respond with any questions and is very kind. Upon arrival Dorian, Lupita and Luz made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Lupitas cooking was beyond delicious. Luz kept the house very clean and made our beds every morning. Dorian was always there for anything we needed. They were all so kind and helpful. We couldn’t have ask for better staff for our stay. The house and property were more than we could have imagined. So peaceful and serene. Having privacy was so nice. The pool was perfect for the warm, humid temps. The beach down the road was so fun and we loved boogie boarding. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We loved all of the animal life and name the local tejones King Julian (iykyk). He came to visit nightly, of course watching him from indoors. We highly recommend Norma’s home. We hope to be able to return in the future!

Casa Royce is a hidden gem! It’s up on the mountain so the views of the beach are amazing. I will say that there are not a lot of food options around. There are some restaurants at playa tecelote but they close very early and are expensive. We went to Bella visita in Pichilingue everyday since the food was cheap and good! Highly recommend renting the ATV for a couple of days or renting a vehicle with four wheel drive to get to all the beaches. We rented a sedan and it did just fine on the dirt roads but it would have been nice to have a truck. Make sure to get groceries and bottled water before arriving since the closest grocery store is in La Paz. Overall great vacay!

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

Amazing accommodation on the shore of the beach , the host Ricardo always on the slope from start to finish and very kind, we arrived at the villa and we felt at home , everything was very clean and a beautiful view! We were three days , the quiet and wonderful beach, a few minutes away there is an Oxxo and a super nice pizzeria. The villa had all the amenities mentioned in the publication and the beautiful pool and my children's favorite. Already thinking of returning soon!

The accommodation is the same as in the photos, the access to the beach is the best part of the accommodation. The staff's attention is spectacular, they make you feel at home and the food is delicious.

Pristine location on a private beach, perfect for recharging. We felt very safe with groundskeepers on site and a locked gate. The only negative was the accessibility. You MUST have a lifted vehicle to get to the house otherwise you risk damaging your vehicle or getting stuck. There is an 8 mile dirt road with elephant-sized potholes and sharp, several feet high bumps from old washouts. The 8 miles took 90+ minutes to complete. Overall, this trip was absolutely worth it. The host and groundskeepers were responsive. Would absolutely go back.

Our stay was wonderful. Hospitality was 5 star. If you have the opportunity for Carmen & Fernando to cook for you, the lobster dinner was unbelievable. The house and location is gorgeous. ThankYou for sharing this gem with us!! We will definitely be back. Doug & Tina.

We enjoyed our time at Casa Blanca. Great location on the beach near Puerto Nuevo. We felt very safe in the gated neighborhood. We had a great family trip here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Cancun Plaza! We had a wonderful time staying at Cancun Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise views and natural lighting coming through from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained and never too crowded. It really felt like a hidden gem in the Hotel Zone! If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it would be the water pressure in the shower—it was a bit low at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Side note: there is an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs to the unit. Definitely got some exercise

The condominium is impeccable, with no problems regarding services, adequate accessories, and a spectacular view. The private pool, a very pleasant space. The hotel's facilities are very good and functional. In general, a very pleasant place to spend a few relaxing days. Just consider walking up a few floors to get to the condominium. We would definitely come back.

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Stayed at this amazing place for our girls trip and loved it. Great location, amazing private beach access, nice and quiet atmosphere yet very close to all the great restaurants and bars. Definitely coming back!

Stunning, unique house in a lovely, tranquil setting. Gorgeous pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys and saying hello to the beach dogs who occasionally stopped by. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio, watching the birds over the gulf in the early morning. The water is fairly calm, with sandy bottom so good for swimming and playing in gentle waves. And you have the beach totally to yourself. The water visibility is poor because of wind/ currents/ boats etc. (so no point in snorkel or goggles). There are two sea kayaks, which are lovely. Quite a bit of seaweed piles up at the tide line (might be a seasonal thing), which is harmless but makes the shoreline slightly less picturesque (if that matters to you). The playa viva restaurant in Telchac Puerto is terrific— get the fish tacos and the ceviche. All in all, a terrific stay at the house— I only we were there longer. We hope to come back!!

The condo is beautiful! We really enjoyed the pool and the private chef recommended by Erika! Breakfast just down the beach at Zippers was also excellent!

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed

We came for our honeymoon and Casa Almea did not disappoint! Short walk to the beach, deep pool with gorgeous view, ride the bikes into town for shopping and food. Elena was an amazing host with great recommendations on transportation, restaurants and anything else we needed! Book casa almea!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. We will definitely want to stay here again if we come back to this area. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. 10 stars!!!! Leaving very happy and worth every penny.

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. We had the most amazing stay @ Angela’s & Mile’s House.. everything from the minute you walk to the gate is just unreal!! We travel all the way from London to stay here to make one of our dreams come true..the house is more than perfect..every detail, the furniture, smell and flow of the inside to outside..the sunsets, birds, walks along the beach, seating around the fire in the evening..it’s all truly magical..The house has everything you can honestly think of..short walking distance to town you find lovely local restaurants along the beach, little shops to get all essentials and plenty of fruit and veg stalls.. We loved our time at Casa Matilda! Julio and the entire team communicated well and made us feel right at home. Casa Matilda, the local restaurants, and the surrounding areas were the perfect fit for us. We will definitely be back!

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

Casa iguana is absolutely stunning. Everything about this place is perfect. It is super private and feels safe and secluded. The view of the brilliant blue water from the dining table is to die for. Check in with the lockbox was super easy, Maria’s instructions that she sent in advance made finding the house a breeze, everything was spotless, the kitchen has everything you could ever need, the kamado style charcoal grill worked flawlessly, the outdoor lights add the perfect ambiance, all the sun shades are perfectly positioned. We walked on the beach staring at the crystal blue water for hours and hardly saw another person. Maria is a lovely host and offered us alternative accommodation because the seaweed arrived earlier than usual this year. (Not something that bothers us at all) We had perfect weather, a lovely breeze, and never saw a mosquito the whole time (benefit of visiting in the dry season!). I cannot recommend this place enough if you want solitude in a stunning setting!
