The host was polite, communicative and helpful throughout the necessary period. The apartment has rustic and simple decoration, but it is practical and comfortable. My family and I only missed air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return

Mr Giovani and his wife Clara are exceptional hosts. Extremely polite and kind. We felt at home. The property met our expectations... we wanted a large and cozy place to reunite our family and the lodging delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No caveats!

Very cozy house for big family. Pertinho da Praia, near João Pessoa and close to the best sights of cabedelo. Market and pharmacy nearby as well Erivan is a very 10 guy! We were well received and helped us with questions and information about local attractions and tours. Rejected everything Super quickly recommend this space with Erivan!

Beautiful place, cozy, clean apartment, with all the necessary utensils, I missed blankets which was promptly provided by Bernadette, we like the beach that is in front of the condominium, air-conditioned pools, we like the leisure areas, games room, spa with hydromassage, sauna, "cinema" room, gym. Connect insurance with easy recognition to get in and out everywhere in the condominium, with very attentive employees. A beautiful place for amazing family vacations, we came with over 30 people and we all stayed here, each family in a different apartment, we felt at home.

We love staying at Mrs. Rosangela's place! She and her husband were very friendly and receptive. Very spacious apartment, it perfectly accommodated my family. It has everything you need for a good stay, very comfortable apartment. Close to the beach, markets and gas station. Super recommend him.

Wonderful place! It was a great experience from start to finish Gustavo and João are very polite and concerned for the well-being of guests. They also showed a lot of proximity, so we identified a lot with them. The house is amazing, every little detail super well taken care of. It can be seen that it is a space they set up to also enjoy. The decor is beautiful, several decorative elements, the flowers and plants give an even more special touch. The kitchen utensils and dishes are great and beautiful and were protected with plastic film (something special). Excellent towels and bed linens. Good shower, which is rare in the northeast. Thank you for the time we spent there and for the proactivity and patience of the hosts.

The house was excellent, with kitchen and barbecue facilities, with shower and external bathroom, pool and garage. TV, Internet and hot shower, all ok! Comfortable beds, outlets and air conditioned. Flexible at check in time. In addition to borrowing towels and linens, we came from afar. We sense tranquility and security. We enjoy the beaches of Barra, the trips to Formosa and shopping for groceries. It's not that far from the ferry/raft to Simbaúma (natural pools), Pipa and Timbau do Sul, we get almost an hour of commute. Thanks!
