Holiday rentals with a patio in Baiting Hollow

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. It’s very clean but not fancy. John was very attentive to my needs and was responded to my questions right away. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There were a variety of restaurants within a short drive. There was off-street parking and I felt safe leaving the car the whole day.

Staying at Kevin’s place was such a reset from Manhattan. It was cozy, comfortable and very breathtaking. Kevin has great response time and is willing to assist you while you stay. Will definitely be back soon!

These hosts take great care in making sure their guests feel welcome and at home. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax after a couple of busy days. Their communication is top notch. And I cannot finish without mentioning the thoughtful snacks. That was really above and beyond - and very appreciated.

We had a wonders stay, and could have moved it. Sue was very responsive to our questions. A very nice place to stay private and quiet.

I love this place. Perfect but what we were looking for. Walking distance to access beach. Overlooking the pier. Very clean and check in with.

The space was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. Has everything you need for a short stay. I especially appreciated the free on-site parking spot. I would stay here again.

Ok first I want to start with a thank you to Leslie! My fellow AirBnBabies my own stupidity I accidentally booked with Leslie for the following day and what I was restring for wasn’t available for that night I needed so I went ahead and called Leslie and ooohhh emmm geeee she held it down hooked it up and blessed me with her RV and that was my first time staying in one too and don’t think that it would be uncomfortable staying in one. To be honest the inside of her RV is wayyyy nicer than majority of AirBnB’s. The yard was so quaint and peaceful and what I thought was going to become a nightmare especially after the days I was having leading up to it Leslie ok with refunding my “non-refundable” payment even on my own stupidity and I just needed something for the night and she pulled that off for me. Do not question staying at one of her AirBnB’s do itttttt Leslie is sooooo amazing. Again from the bottom of my heart thank you so much again!! Next time I need a AirBnB I’m coming back! Xo

The beach house was perfect, just as described. It was clean and very homely, in a lovely location. Natasha was a great host from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to friends/family looking for a place to stay in Patchogue. Many thanks Natasha

We had a wonderful stay at Ellen’s place. The house was beautiful and well appointed with anything you could need - it made us feel right at home. The backyard was gorgeous and relaxing. We were traveling with a toddler and Ellen made sure we had everything you could need for a child. The house had lots of room and was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was a quick drive to plenty of things to do. We could not have been happier with our stay!

Just returned from an awesome stay at Travis’s cottage. Travis and Morgan are great hosts and were very helpful with providing local suggestions and prompt communication. The property is great and was the perfect home base for our first trip to the North Fork. The location is ideal: quiet, charming, and centrally located to everything (wineries, beaches, breweries, farms, and great restaurants in Mattituck and the nearby towns). As a family with two young kids (6 y/o and 18 months), the fenced yard was a huge bonus - private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing while the kids played safely. The house itself is cozy, clean, and full of character. We’d absolutely stay again on our next visit to the area.

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

if you are looking for private, quiet, tranquil, beautiful, relaxing stay. This is the place. Private beach with comfy chairs, umbrellas, amazing pool and views, felt like a nature preserve. Walk to town. Apartment was great. I'll be back

Stop whatever you’re doing in the area and take 10 minutes to walk across the street to enjoy the sunset. I guarantee it’s addictive. Spent a post-Labor Day weekend with some friends and had an amazing time. The condo is centrally located between downtown Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor and all that those areas have to offer. Several beaches, both bay-side and ocean-side, are also close by, but we mostly ended up lounging by the pool. The condo itself is spacious which is only further amplified by the amount of natural light reflecting off the bright interiors that let you know you’re near the beach. There are plenty of towels—both bath and beach—and there is ample beach equipment that you can use. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking/dining at home, and there’s an outdoor patio equipped with a grill and dining furniture. Hostess could not have been nicer or more responsive, so I will definitely want to stay here again.

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.

I stayed in this airbnb for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location can’t be beat; My guest and I walked to the beach, the movies, the aquarium, Norwalk riverwalk, the train station, and at least 30+ restaurants. The apartment itself was a comfortable size for 1-2 people. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need for your stay. There was a small balcony, which was nice for some fresh air with your morning coffee. Nicole gave plenty of local recommendations and was very responsive. Would stay again!

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Clean, comfortable, great location. Good communication. Had a little trouble with the front door first day but someone was available quickly to help. A+

This place is great in old-school AirBnB style. Feels like Nadine’s second home being shared with us. Quality finishes throughout, very well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, towels, etc. We came for a wedding but were able to have our own nuclear family reunion with three young-adult children coming in from around the country. The space handled us all with ease. The great room is spacious with a big table and even bigger sectional sofa. Just a great place to gather and hang out (which we did a little more than expected because of tropical storm Ophelia). We enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches across the street and brought in sushi and wine for one dinner, less than 5 minutes drive away. One quick note: 2 BRs not 3

We had a great time at Adam’s place! The apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to Sag Harbor, which made it super convenient.

Andrew’s place was awesome. Just steps to a beautiful pool and the ocean! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.
