Malika offers a pleasant, comfortable and cosy accommodation in the heart of Delhi. One should not expect five-star accommodation, but the offer is well-proportioned to the quality of service. The entrance is secure, the apartment is on the third floor. Breakfast is not included, however there is water and juice in the fridge, a kettle, tea and instant coffee. There is a fan in every room, in the pre-summer and summer period they are essential, and the linen is clean. Refinement underpins the environment, with marble floors, paintings and furnishings in harmony with the basic but functional furniture, with curtains, books and handmade candles. There is a balcony that overlooks a garden off the traffic in a very quiet area, in the morning you will be woken softly by the unique singing of birds, what more can you ask for in Delhi? S​umit's apartment is in a secured residential complex and located well with several essentials (​supermarket, confectionery, ​pharmacy, etc.) ​at the ground-level within the complex. The apartment is beautiful​ and thoughtfully equipped with all the ​furnishing and home durables required for a comfortable stay. The kitchen ​has a hassle-free supply of filtered drinking water and was well-stocked with ​coffee & tea-making essentials​ and complimentary snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The ​p​lace is beautiful and has every furnishing someone can need. B​oth Sumit and Neha were quick to respond​ and very cooperative​.​ My ​w​ife and I had a ​very comfortable stay and would love coming back to her for our future stays as well.​ Anyone planning for a stay in ​Noida can definitely look out for this place!

It was very good stay. I stayed there with 2 small kids and the best thing was the flat was clean and hygienic and there was fully functional kitchen. The location was convenient for me as per my requirements but a little aways from the main road. Overall a good stay.

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend!
