S​umit's apartment is in a secured residential complex and located well with several essentials (​supermarket, confectionery, ​pharmacy, etc.) ​at the ground-level within the complex. The apartment is beautiful​ and thoughtfully equipped with all the ​furnishing and home durables required for a comfortable stay. The kitchen ​has a hassle-free supply of filtered drinking water and was well-stocked with ​coffee & tea-making essentials​ and complimentary snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The ​p​lace is beautiful and has every furnishing someone can need. B​oth Sumit and Neha were quick to respond​ and very cooperative​.​ My ​w​ife and I had a ​very comfortable stay and would love coming back to her for our future stays as well.​ Anyone planning for a stay in ​Noida can definitely look out for this place!

it was a lovely stay at the place, it was neat and tidy and was very homely to stay🎀

The place is just like the photos check-in was smooth, no interaction needed, just followed the instructions and walked in. The area is peaceful with a lovely balcony view. I appreciated the small thoughtful touches like having tea, sugar, and even All-Out for mosquitoes it's those little things that count. Karun & Ria are probably the only ones around Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon doing unique themed stays, which really stood out and made me book. Only downside: a bit of maintenance needed (like tap replacement, adding a washroom dustbin). Overall, a good experience.

It was very good stay. I stayed there with 2 small kids and the best thing was the flat was clean and hygienic and there was fully functional kitchen. The location was convenient for me as per my requirements but a little aways from the main road. Overall a good stay.

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend! Mithu was extremely responsive, helpful, and polite—made our stay smooth and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! 😊
