Charming Loft+Parking

Our charming loft with private parking is built in a traditional andalusian wineries. We have kept some of the ancient walls and some other details such as the lamps to make it functional but at the same time, special. We think that it is the perfect choice for guests coming to spend some days in this beautiful city known worldwide as the land of “sherry”. Nearby, you can visit the two most important wineries in Jerez: Domecq and González Byass. We highly recommend you to visit one of them and we can help you with the booking. I work at Bodegas Luis Pérez, so if you prefer red wine, we can arrange a winery tour with tasting.(Monday to Friday morning. Please, ask for availability at weekends). On the other hand, in less than five minutes you’ll be right in the heart of the Flamenco: El Barrio de Santiago (Saint James district). Our loft is fully equipped with sheets, towels, tableware, etc. The beach is just fifteen minutes away by car! We will offer you a bottle of wine as a welcome gift.

Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
