Do not worry about anything, you will find everything you need: clean sheets and towels, hair dryer, soap, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee, tea ... so you can relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the street of the baskets of the historical center of the city. It is a pedestrian street with a lot of charm, with traditional handmade shops of basketry and wood, very lively by the day, but at the same time very quiet and silent at night, without cars or bars. In addition, thanks to the unbeatable location in the old town, between the Central Market (1min), Silk Exchange (1min) and the Town Hall Square (1min), allows you to walk to the main attractions of the city in less than 5 min. Cathedral, Plaza la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen. Also the High Speed train station and the Metro with direct connection with the airport, are to 5 minutes. The building has an elevator. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer. Private parking space is available on request. The apartment is set in Old Town, a quiet and charming neighborhood steps away from the Central Market, the Silk Exchange, and the main highlights. Many characteristic restaurants and shops dot the area, where you can taste our Mediterranean gastronomy and culture. You can walk to all the landmarks of the city in less than 5 minutes. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. It is very easy to get to the apartment since the Xàtiva metro stop with direct connection to the airport and the train station are 5 min. I will be happy to receive you at any time of the day. Estupenda vivienda de 55 m2 con acceso totalmente independiente del edificio, totalmente nueva a estrenar, ambiente muy agradable y muy cómoda. 1 dormitorio con cama matrimonial, 1 sofá cama muy cómodo en el salón con capacidad de hasta 2 adultos, cocina y comedor integrado. Está ubicado en el bajo del edificio. La zona es muy tranquila, con ambiente familiar, muchos negocios cerca: restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y a un paso del centro de la ciudad, paradas de metro y autobús muy próximas.
