Bedirhan was an extremely excellent host he was one of the best Airbnb hosts that I have ever met. he arranged for airport transport which was extremely helpful for my family of four and two luggages each person. he was there to meet us at the Airbnb to help us with our luggage and to show us in and give us a home tour. this was very helpful because Istanbul is very congested and I doubt I would have been able to find the apartment building myself. anytime there was an issue he was extremely responsive and was able to actually come to the home itself and resolve it himself. if it was something that he could not resolve he was able to call a technician who was able to come in within a few hours. he also helped us arrange for airport transport back to the airport even though me and my family were flying on separate flights. the view in the Airbnb is very much like the photos and the B&B is an extremely good value considering the view as well as the area that we were in.

Wonderful place to stay! Very central but quiet as the apartment is on the 8th floor (so has fantastic views!). The host was very responsive, even with our very late check-in and was always very friendly and welcoming. Stylish modern and comfortable apartment with all you could wish for. I highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Istanbul.

The room and bathroom are a little bigger than the pictures and very clean. There are basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, olive oil, etc., and it was convenient to have a microwave. The Marmara sea view was relaxing and wonderful. The terrace chairs are very plush and comfortable. Carrefour Mart is an 8-minute walk and the bus and train is a 10-minute walk away. If you take the train two or three stops (about 10 minutes), it's right in the center of the old town. The host welcomed us in person and was a nice person who was very kind and considerate. Perfect Host and great Appartment

The accommodation was very wonderful and the view of the Bosphorus is incomparable to any other place in Istanbul. It was a beautiful experience. The accommodation is located on the fourth floor. There is an elevator. The building is quiet and the area is quiet, but it is located on a slope and there are 6 steps before the elevator. In the end, I highly recommend it and I will repeat the experience

Ali made our stay unforgettable. His communication was seamless and heartfelt. Not only did he coordinate effortless airport transportation, he personally met us at 6am—what a warm welcome! He walked us around the area, introducing us to his shop, a local eatery, and the charming square nearby. Truly a rare host! The apartment itself was a dream, with two balconies: one facing the endless sea, the other the majestic Blue Mosque. From sunrise to sunset, the light in the space was inspiring. The home had a lived-in charm, full of soul and local character. We saw Ali daily—his warmth and genuine joy in hosting really stood out. While the apartment is compact for those with bulky luggage, the peace of the dead-end street made up for it. Every restaurant Ali recommended outshined the ones we found ourselves—and cost less too. Ali even helped carry our luggage down the street and called a cab to our next Airbnb—exceptional from start to finish. The perfect first stay in Istanbul! Thank you!

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Staying at James's place has been wonderful ✨. The apartment is very spacious with beautiful interior and an amazing view overlooking Istanbul. Many sites in walking distance, and the whole neighborhood is vibrating with cute restaurants and shops nearby. James was so friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Leo took a lot of care before and after the stay. The location of the house was central and the view was beautiful as in the photos. Although we stayed in the house as a large group, there was space to settle in and sit comfortably

This was a delightfully boho chic place to stay, with gorgeous exposed brick and a super cool vibe. Upstairs from a very quiet and clean tattoo and piercing studio with a shared main entrance, but with a private locked gate, it reminded me of East London in the late 2000s. Atmosphere of the neighborhood is awesome, with lots of great cafés, and the street the place is on is super quiet as it is generally closed to through traffic. The upstairs lounge area was fabulous - wish I could have stayed longer as would have happily set up there for a month or two! There are lots of super sweet cats in the area, which was a highlight for us.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again
