My little quirky wooden house, will allow you to calm down - Relax in this unique and cozy home. You will have Dyrehaven, Bellevue beach and Klampenborg station within a few minutes walking distance - and thus be in the center of Copenhagen with all its art museums and temptations in 15 minutes with the Kystbanetoget. My lush garden and lovely wooden terrace are ideal for quiet moments and various coziness with or without the shade of the awning. Furthermore, my house, lots of older cozy decor + wooden terrace also on the 1st floor.

Tree house 6 meters up - fully heated

Welcome to our cozy tree house, built of recycled materials - 6.2 m above the ground. The cottage overlooks the fields, is isolated, has electricity, heating, a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that turns into a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. Optional extras: Breakfast (175 kr/2 pers.) - wilderness bath (350 kr) or one of our 2 outdoor 'escape rooms' (150 kr/ children, 200 kr/ adults). Calendar is opened continuously!

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

The basement apartment is accessed by the private entrance. The apartment is decorated nicely and everything is modernized. The house is a 5 minute walk from the S-train station and 15 minutes drive from Copenhagen city center. There is a forest and beach within biking distance. There are shopping and restaurant options within bike and walking distance. We would like to point out that we have a very friendly dog that can be in the garden when we are at home
