Fantastic place to stay in Baku! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Beautiful apartment, and great location. Elmir is so helpful, friendly and communicative. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Baku.

had a great stay - exactly like the listing. really easy to get to from the airport shuttle, and walking distance to 28 may metro station or a longer walk to the old town. Elvina is a great host, always checking in and really good English. Thank you Elvina!

We had a comfortable stay for 5 days & 4 nights, we are family of 4 with 1 kid, the place is near the old town city, highland park and Nizami street around 5-10 mins walk only. Arif is a great host and available anytime whenever we have queries, we will surely come back again.

Gorgeous renovated fresh apartment in the center of the city. Walkable everywhere: stores, restaurants, sightseeings, easy to commute. 10/10

I'm utterly lost for words and eternally grateful to Lala for making my time in Baku absolutely brilliant. She's incredibly kind, polite, WELL SPOKEN , and always quick to respond. The place itself is simply stunning, unique, spotless, and boasting a wonderfully quirky balcony with a fantastic street view. When my flight got delayed, I reached out to her, and she was completely understanding, helping me navigate all the possible options. But that’s not all! Lala was exceptionally communicative and supportive when it came to exploring the city, recommending some fantastic spots that I thoroughly enjoyed. She did it all with such genuine warmth. ♥️ A massive thank you, Lala! She’s truly a super host! Highly recommended to y’all !

The apt is very big and the ceiling is high. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the old city of Baku and to the metro station. There is a bus right next to the entrance of the unit. The kitchen is well stocked with tea and coffee. The only thing is that the bedroom is right next to a busy street. So it can be noisy unless you close the window.

I had a fantastic stay! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. Clean pool and peaceful environment was amazing. The caretaker is super humble Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area

This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

Hello, I stayed in this house for a month. It is excellent in terms of access to shopping centers and stores. In terms of peace, it is a very quiet and peaceful place. The neighbors are very kind. The owner of the house was very organized and precise and responded on time. I definitely recommend this place for a stay. Try it once
