Everyone was great in the new year, spent 2 nights there is a swimming pool 10 lari hour per person. Nearby there are two resorts with crystal and Didveli ski lifts, there is food delivery to rooms from the restaurant at the hotel, a balcony overlooking the mountains, everything corresponds to the description

Me and my family (4 people) stayed in apartment for 7 days. In general the experience was great: good location near the crystal track, restaurants, grocery and spa. You can catch a bus in around 100m from apartment. Internet and TV work well. It is clean, quite and warm inside. No smoke smell. Enough towels. Host is very responsive and helpful. There are several tiny things which can be improved. I was missing dishwashing liquid, sponge, salt, pepper and oil for cooking. The pan needs to be renewed. I think that host can easily fix those for next people. In conclusion I would recommend this aparment for a good family stay in Bakuriani.

Great two-level apartment. There is absolutely everything for living.

The place is conveniently located if you want to visit both Kokhta and Didveli. From here it is convenient to get to any direction (although you will need to use a car or taxi). Nearby there is a restaurant where you can order delicious takeaway food, a shop where you can buy everything you need. The apartment is cozy, warm and clean. Fully compliant with the description. There is a convenient parking for cars near the house. Overall, we are very satisfied with this place and it is 100% value for money. p.s. A small delay at check-in was quickly resolved by the host.

Our weekend was wonderful. We came to Bakuriani to ride on the ski complex. The apartment is located in a quiet and cozy place. Kokhta and Mitarbi descent are a 10-minute walk through the forest. The house is clean and tidy. The host is responsive and always available. The view from the window is beautiful — you can see the mountains and the sunrise! The only drawbacks are the cold floor (in winter, bring socks or slippers) And there was no corkscrew 🤭 Thank you for the nice stay 🩷🩷🩷

The big apartment .very good location. near to everything. Konstantine is a very responsible and hospitable person. We liked the stay very much and recommend it to everyone especially to family with kids.

I rented this place for the second time. This time I celebrated the New Year with friends here. I was pleasantly pleased with the decoration of the property: garlands, tinsel and a Christmas tree. In general, the hosts tried very hard to provide the holiday with comfort and coziness, I am very grateful for this and I really appreciate this care! When visiting Borjomi, I will continue to stay only in this house and recommend to everyone:)

Cosy apartment near the slope, in a nice residential set, good view. It was warm, cozy, pleased with a large selection of dishes, household utensils and mattresses on the sofa so that the extra bed was also comfortable to sleep on the extra bed. There was a small incident with cleaning during the holidays, but the host handled the situation and was kind and concealed in communication. So I still bet 5

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

Nice house, peaceful neighborhood. We stayed there with 8 people and we fit perfectly. Each room had a bathroom and shower..We used the kitchen to cook breakfast. The host provided us with firewood for the fireplace the sauna was very pleasant as well.

The home is unique for the below reasons: - Its location is a winter and a distinctive summer overlooking the mountains strikingly and captivating ( I lived in it winter and it was very special and I have a summer visit for the same place if available) - The house is very clean and has everything that makes it convenient to have your own house and you won't even feel like you left your house. - The price for value is very fair and the house deserves what it is paid for. - The host, Mrs. Tina, is very helpful and responds directly to any inquiry. It will inevitably be my destination the next time I visit Bakuriani. Note: There was a misunderstanding upon receipt of the home for the number of rooms and their difference from what's in the app, but I think there's something wrong with the app or data entered and I've been treated by airbnb. True, I was harassed in the early hours, but the comfort and aesthetic of the place made me forget what happened. Thank you airbnb and thank you Tina and David for welcoming us. The house is new and very cosy. Everything is in accordance with the description. Davit is a friendly host and he also replies very fast. We needed some help in the house upon our arrival and all our problems were quickly solved. We had a lovely time here! Location is convenient, too. Local supermarket- 5 min walk Crystal hotel with a swimming pool and skiing area - 7 min walk Didveli skiing area - 25 min walk Kohta, Mitarbi - 10 min drive (Bolt taxi works well here)

Great location at the centre of Borjomi, effortless check-in. The apartment is very clean and warm. Elene helped to find a great driver for a tour.

Only thing missing was the pool as mentioned in the listing but very clean and cozy apartment. Peaceful neighborhood. Mako was super helpful with everything. Highly recommend.

Everything in town is a short walk, yet it's so quiet and peaceful there. I enjoyed the balcony views and leaving the door open to hear the relaxing noise of the river flowing. Great apartment and location. Bright and clean, the apartment has everything you need. The host is very friendly and responsive. There are many restaurants and groceries nearby. SPAR supermarket is across the street. If you travel with kids during winter, this is a great place to stay. The park where kids can play is right behind the building.
