Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Our cozy cottage in Edsåsen is a comfortable accommodation for two of 35 sqm. You live at the foot of Renfjället. From the plot you have a view of the mountain landscape. The starting position is perfect for tours in the mountains around, regardless of the season. You are never far to ski trips, alpine skiing, hiking, cycling, paddling or fishing. By car you can reach Undersåker or Edsåsdalen in 5 minutes. Trillevallen in 10 minutes. To Åre it takes 20 minutes and Vålådalen is reached in 30 minutes.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Cottage with simpler standard perfect for fishing in the river Långan. Fishing prohibited: 1 sept-31 okt och 15 april-31 maj In the main room there is a fireplace, a dining table and four beds. In the kitchenette there is a gas stove with two burners and simple kitchen equipment for four people. Outhouse in a separate storage house. The cottage is located downstream of Lillforsen in Långan on the west side of the river a couple of hundred meters from the road.

Cozy little annex for you/those of you who just need a place to sleep on the way from A to B. Includes three sleeping places. There is no possibility of cooking in the annex, but it is possible to grill outside when the weather permits. There is drinking water and kettle, coffee and tea in the annex, and everything else you need to have a simple meal. Evening food and/or breakfast can be booked with the host.
