Great place and location

I recommend it 100%!! Vladislav is an extremely good host. He showed flexibility, understanding and was extremely pleasant to me, as I had to travel at the last minute. The apartment is extremely clean, quiet, with a great view of the botanical garden.

I came to stay here for a few days with my mom, first week off season. What an amazing getaway. (1) The location was perfect - exclusive beach access, nice areas to swim around, quiet and peaceful, and just 5-10 mins away from the hustle if you wanted a busier scene. (2) the space itself was so clean, so spacious and we had such beautiful views of the sea at all times. This felt like such a luxurious stay. I def would recommend staying here.

This place was incredible and special! Everything was perfect, Anna was brilliant host. I was there for work and could sit and work, seriously could not have asked for more. Every detail was taken care of thoughtfully. It was not a sterile hotel/airbandb or a cluttered home of someone else, it was beautiful and homely thank you !!

Amazing and clean Apartment with modern furnitures. Top kitchen with two balconies. The master bed was very comfortable and big enough. If you are lucky enough to find this place available, don't hesitate to book it. It has all you might need for a wonderful stay, the hosts are ready to help at any time. It is ideal for families with children that want to enjoy some time in the nature, close to the beaches. Definitely recommended

Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

Well, all went fine and it is a real pleasure to relax in a place like ASEN is proposing... All is noticeable, the apartment is a big one and as described.. the car parking is easy and you feel secured... I strongly recommend..

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Beautiful House, very well equipped! We had troubles to find it at first, but Ilian helped us and we had a very nice time at Villa Vita!

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

The apartment was just as described and comfortable to stay in. There are several grocery stores in walking distance, as well as a couple of eateries. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus that goes to the city center. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond. Have only positive things to say about her. Good to know: Do not recommend the apartment for those who are poorly skinned as the elevator does not work. The apartment is also up a hill. But if this is not an issue, this is definitely a good apartment to stay in ❤️

It's not easy to find a house, it would be better if the host added a photo to show the location of the listing.But during the period, I couldn't find a house and the communication with the landlord was very smooth.The host was also very patient and cared about my stay experience

A wonderful place to enjoy Varna, the many restaurants and the beach promenade. A chic apartment with all the amenities. We always felt safe. Everything was super clean and the service was excellent. Communication with the landlord was always flawless, super fast and friendly. The apartment is a gem that we would like to recommend.

Lovely place, lovely views. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. Be away if you are elderly or have heavy luggage it is on the fifth floor with no elevator
