Sleeps up to 6 people but only 4 ADULTS with 2 King Beds, and a Twin trundle bed. Bedrooms have connected bathrooms. 58" Roku TV in living room and 40" Roku TVs in each bedroom. Well appointed kitchen with just about everything you may need for your convenience. Shampoo and soap are starter packs. We do not allow the sofas to be used as beds.
