We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

We were at the Salsa Festival in Rovinj. The situation was great for that! By car, we only had 10 minutes to a quiet beach and a large supermarket is within walking distance. Sandra was very nice and helpful. I can recommend this accommodation! Thank you.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We were at the end of May with our dog for a week at this beautiful place. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Everything was great, as described. The house is very nice and tidy. The pool and jacuzzi were the stars of our stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful. For an even more excellent experience, a larger refrigerator would be welcome. Also, slightly better quality bed linen and towels, and a few sorting indoor trash cans.

I would recommend Branka’s place to anyone looking for a place to have as a base for exploring Istria. Place was clean, everything was as described and check in was very easy.

Wonderful house, Lucano and his wife are very kind and helpful. They provided us with a cot and a high chair for our baby, even though it wasn't in the listing. The house is truly one of the best we've ever stayed in with Airbnb, as others have said. The location is excellent, some beaches can be reached on foot, if not in a few minutes by car. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

We had a great stay for two nights and three days. We took advantage of the bikes and rode all over. The building itself is not the greatest but the apartment is very nice. I read from another guest about the shower not having a holder; I figured a way to remedy it using a hanger. I would definitely recommend staying if you are looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy Rovinj!

We enjoyed our time at Marino's accommodation. We especially liked the pool. It is located in a quiet, secluded location and is very well maintained. Even in the small apartment, there was everything you needed. Marino and his whole family are also very warm and made us feel welcome. We can 100% recommend Marino's accommodation!

Property in a panoramic position overlooking the sea in a beautiful historical setting. Recommended for a couple. Everything was very clean. We felt right at home thanks to Maya's hospitality. We think we'll definitely go back.

We had such a great stay! Loved spending time on the huge veranda taking in the beautiful views!! Hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided us with such wonderful personalized recommendations for exploring the area. We spent 14 days with Franko and his wife Milena in the apartment. A great stay from front to back. Everything was as it was described. The location of the apartment is great in the middle of olive groves. The peace up there is indescribable and you can completely switch off. Franko and his wife are absolutely nice people with a good heart and always an open ear and very helpful. We can therefore only highly recommend the apartment to everyone, as well as the olive oil produced by Franko himself.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful. It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
