The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.
