Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

El departamento es lindísimo, muy bien mantenido y muy bien equipado. Para nosotros fue especial la terraza, con la posibilidad de cocinar en ella y disfrutar de las vistas y atardeceres de la cala Morell. La zona es tranquila, con poco tránsito y permite ir a la playa caminando. Edoardo y su equipo respondieron inmediatamente a nuestros mensajes. Muy recomendable!

We really loved this multi-layered villa. Steps and interesting alcoves with plants lead from the street down to the main level with a kitchen, sitting area and two bedrooms, down again to the two other bedrooms, and then down again to a sun deck with the jacuzzi. The sea is reachable by jumping in further down the cliff or via the restaurant just below (which is expensive but quite good.) The view is other worldly. If you book this place, load up with groceries and drinks at a big supermarket (unavailable in Deia) and then make your way to Cala Deia. The road down and parking for a large vehicle (for us a 9 seater van) is a bit too adventurous, but the villa and cove are absolutely worth it. The place is well appointed, apart from beds and pillows which are mediocre, but in total the owner’s family has really put together a unique, thoughtful, and inspiring place. Well done!

Probably the best garden I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world! Totally amazing Bonzai and cactus garden then beautiful olive orchard - totally inspiring. Great pool and every amenities you could want. We loved it and would come again! Juan was helpful and informative. Quiet and an easy walkable distance from town, buses and the all important beach all in all 100%!

Rustic, serene and relaxed. Enjoyed our rural experience and the privacy the location afforded. Would recommend if you prefer nature and tranquillity. Authentic farm house and finca.

Sowohl das Haus als auch die Einrichtung sind sehr liebevoll. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft - genauso wie erwartet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt (wir waren 4 Wochen dort) benötigt. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Unterkunft mit Terasse liebevoll dekoriert. Man bekommt jede menge Landluft, Ruhe und jederzeit die Möglichkeit Abwechslung in den Städten, am Strand oder Gebirge zu bekommen oder sich im nahegelegen Inca mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken. Für uns war’s perfekt. Juan und Mar waren jederzeit gut zu erreichen und haben sich zeitnah um unsere Anliegen gekümmert:)

We had a very nice and relaxing time at Michel's place. The host, Michel, is very responsive and really strives to make sure his guests are having the best experience possible. The little house has everything you could need for a week stay- washing machine, equipped kitchen, space for your clothes and items. Despite the space being quite small, they do a good job at optimizing the space. The area is picturesque and you feel you have good privacy since the house is well positioned. The only thing small thing to mention is that the ceilings are low, which for my case, despite not being super tall (180cm) I hit my head several times. I learned slowly to duck and maneuver, but for just a weeks stay, I left with a few bruises. Overall, I'd recommend fully the stay with Michel.

Absolutely fabulous apartment - spacious, clean, nicely appointed. The terrace in particular is really wonderful - amazing views out and a glorious place to hang out. Location is perfect in Port de Pollenca, just along the promenade from numerous restaurants and bars and supermarkets. Great tips from Sebastia on restaurants. We also really appreciated the welcome pack of water, coffee, milk etc - nice little touches and felt very considerate. Bedroom is at the back so very quiet and has it's own air con which was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat! Overall - an absolutely excellent stay, highly highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay in such a beautiful and peaceful apartment there was work on the other apartments but it didn't cause a problem the builders were lovely and even helped me with my cases! the apartment was spotless and in a perfect location, once the sun goes round the side of the building if it's windy the balcony gets a little chilly but I just put a little jacket on, the chairs on the balcony were abit uncomfortable if you are wearing shorts because of the wooden seat but I put a towel or pillow on top and it was comfy to sit on and I spent many an hour sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the bed and how comfortable it was I had the best sleeps and the rainfall shower was beautiful aswell as the AC being easy to use.Laura the host is one of the loveliest people I've ever met she went above and beyond to help me nothing was to much trouble she made the stay perfect, she even did my washing for me. I can't wait to come back💕

Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft, die ruhig gelegen ist und trotzdem ist alles im Ort problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 5 min. ist man im Hafen wo es auch die Möglichkeit gibt schwimmen zu gehen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

excelente el apartamento!! la vista es un espectáculo, todo super limpio, la cama muy cómoda y te dan toallas para la playa. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con un montón de servicios cerca, la playa enfrente muy bonita. Pasamos hermoso!

We had a lovely long weekend in Ibiza. The apartment is very central, close to restaurants, Bars, shops and harbour. The apartment was very tidy and equipped with the all the necessities including shower gel and shampoo. Marina is a super host, responsive, provides clear instructions and is proactive. I will definitely be back!

Das Apartment war wirklich schön, man kommt zur Tür herein und hat direkt einen tollen Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer und die Bucht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Möglichkeit ☀️

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse auf der 2. Etage sowie der Zugang zum Meer. Hier auf den Felsen lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und man kann sich sonnen und picknicken. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und super schön! Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind zwar nicht super modern, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Nähe zum Strand und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Host, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder einmal zurück.

La casa de Siano estaba impecable. Súper limpia, tal cual como en el anuncio, con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto y cocinar sin problema. Muy cuidada y con detalles que se agradecen. Siano es de esos anfitriones de los de antes en Airbnb, algo que ya casi no se ve. No es una empresa, es una persona de verdad que se preocupa por que estés bien. Incluso tuvo el detalle de traernos fruta de su huerto… la mejor que he comido en mi vida! La zona es muy tranquila y fácil para moverse. Hemos estado súper a gusto. Recomendadísimo!

Nos ha encantado el apartamento y está muy bien ubicado (al lado de la playa y del puerto). La comunicación tanto con Maxim como con su hijo ha sido excelente. Repetiremos.

Just make sure to reserve a table in advance, as it's always quite busy.If you face the sea with the restaurant behind you, you can follow the path to the right and head down to a rocky beach where you can swim in the sea.The sea is always calm in the morning, so you can enjoy a refreshing swim before breakfast.The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation — in fact, I’d even say I’m not sure what it doesn’t have! :)The nearest sandy beach, Cala Pi, is just a 10-minute drive away. We preferred swimming and sunbathing on the wild rocky beaches. Thank you, Cris! We will definitely come back here again!
