The house has its own unique roof top terrace with unobstructed views over Palma and the Bellver Castle, sun all day and amazing sunsets with a large dining area, lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower & pool. Rental license for 3 persons.

This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

Cas Marino is a traditional fisherman's cottage in Port d'Andratx old town. Originally built in 1910, it was completely renovated in 2018 in a Mediterranean style. Our guests can experience traditional Mallorcan life, while also enjoying modern comforts. The house is in a quiet street very close to the harbour, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Live without haste, enjoy healthy food, sail to virgin beaches, and take a walk at night among the many small shops of the port.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

Since its extensive renovation, finished July 2023, it has become a wonderful place to enjoy a well-deserved holiday in one of Mallorca’s most beautiful and historic towns - Soller! Right outside your door step, you have your own peaceful garden with many different fruit trees.
