All the items in our Stone house, whose historical texture is protected from deterioration, are also items with historical past and story. Upstairs, we can easily host two families in our house, which has a dining room and living room downstairs with a fireplace and a living room. You will feel yourself in the open air museum on the historical streets of Ayvalık.

Our house is newly maintained, in two-storey detached, garden and furnished places. As a location 200 meters from the sea. We are at a distance of Ayvalık center, there is a 5-10 minute walking center to Macaron, Palabahce, Talat dessert shop, toaster bazaar. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to go to Cunda Island or Sarimsakli beach. and there are 4 car parks around us, there are many beaches within 10 minutes by car. Our house has a double bed, 4 single beds.
