Mr. Ramazan was a very caring and good host. The apartment was just as it appeared in the photos. The house and belongings were new. Kitchenware and other items were sufficient. The apartment was very clean. Excellent location; the market, grocery store, beaches are very close to the house. It's great that the building has a private parking space. We'd like to come back in the future, we're very pleased. I recommend it.

Our stay at Marmara Island was really great! The location of this beachfront resort could not have been better – we had a spectacular view and were able to listen to the sound of the waves at any moment. The accommodation is quite comfortable and had everything one would need to rest. Transportation to the island is very easy by ship. The beauty of the island is not only limited to the sea and the beach, but the mountainous area behind it is also very impressive. The perfect spot for long walks or bike tours. Ideal for those who want to get away from the stress of city life and just relax. We will definitely be back!

The house is located right across from the bus station, very nice, just a little far from the sea, but it was within walking distance, but we did not have much trouble. It was the same as in the photos. We thought it would be a problem if there was no air conditioning, the chandelier fans were good

We spent wonderful holidays and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in the city. You can clearly feel the summer vibe with nice beaches that are not as crowded as in many other cities. The location was ideal only a 4 hour drive from Istanbul. Mr. Tuncer was an amazing host very flexible, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He even offered early check-in which gave us an extra full day, He also recommended some great places to visit, like the marina, where you can find excellent restaurants for fish and raki. The house is right on the coast with private beach access. The restaurant and beach bar were very welcoming, and they provided sunbeds and parasols free of charge during the whole stay. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Tuncer and his lovely family for the time we spent together. They invited us for cocktails, and we truly felt we are spending holidays with our relatives and we learned a lot about the culture, I highly recommend this place for families and couples.

The location of the house is in the very center of the planted, in front of the public beach. Very close to the grocery store and social areas. All items are available in the house for the comfort of guests, thought out in detail. The sea is warm, ideal for families with children. It was cool at night during the season we stayed, we didn't need air conditioning. It was clean and tidy when we first entered the house and we delivered it in the same way. Thanks to the host

We enjoyed our stay in this house with a wonderful sea view. We stayed with a 2.5-year-old child and it was very comfortable for the child. Although you can swim in the sea in front of the house, all the nearby beaches are 5 minutes away by car. There is air conditioning on the lower floor of the house, a fan is used for the upper floor, and although the upper floor is a little hot, it can be tolerated. The host responded to all our needs immediately and took care of us. Neighbors and the environment are very friendly, everyone helps. If you want to have a pleasant holiday like in your own summer house, it can really be preferred with peace of mind. We will come again:)

First of all, Ms. Işıl is a very kind and kind host, her feedback is very quick and very helpful. The house was extremely clean as seen in the visuals. Very nice and everything to meet our needs was thought out, we felt like we were in our own home. The house is located within walking distance to the grocery store,greengrocer and the sea. The sea of Altinova is very pleasant, especially close to the sunset. We look forward to staying at Ms. Işıl's house again and having a holiday here. Thank you so much🤗

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. Mr. Erdem was very friendly and interested in communication. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. There was nothing missing. Everything we needed was provided. Except for the water cuts - not a situation that the host had - we had a lovely stay. A beautiful place for swimming, close to the garlic beach. There are places to visit nearby, and it is also quite close to Izmir. The house is as it appears in the photos, nothing is missing. I recommend it to those who are considering coming.
