The listing was as described, but there were some internet issues. Fortunately, the host was very accommodating and provided a 2gb load, which was really helpful. We weren't able to use the TV because of limited connection (for 2N3D), but everything else went smoothly. It's a great place to stay VERY AESTHETIC and CLEAN. I'll definitely book again in the future. For remote workers, I'd recommend bringing a portable internet device just to be safe.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials with a nice IKEA-style touch. Check-in was smooth, and the host gave clear instructions and responded quickly to any questions. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the MRT and nearby malls. We appreciated the fast WiFi, Netflix, comfy bed, and how safe and secure the place felt. It was also a plus that there’s a garbage room on each floor, which made it easy to follow the “clean as you go” rule. A perfect spot for a simple and relaxing stay in the city. Highly recommended, and we’d gladly book again!

Frederick’s La Francesca Residence is an absolute gem. Nestled in a subdivision, don’t be dissuaded by older properties in the area. Frederick’s place has a modern design with beautiful features and cozy furniture. Quiet and quaint comes to mind. The residence is well thought out. Staff were responsive and friendly. Simple touches throughout the property made it feel like home. No need to cook though because the property is right behind SM where you’ll have access to a variety of cafes/restaurants. La Francesca is definitely worth a stay and a return. Thank you Frederick and team!

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

The place was very clean and relaxing because the whole place had airconditioning. I recommend everyone to try and stay at Grayhouse Inn. The owner is very accomodating and will make your stay very easy.

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

Despite the rainy weather, our stay at Casa Monte Lubao was perfect. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. The kids had a blast in the pool, while the adults enjoyed some friendly competition over billiards. We all had a restful sleep—the beds were incredibly comfortable. Also, the towels smelled amazing! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy home-cooked food together. Special thanks to Emman, the super accommodating host, who even dropped by to say hi and check if we needed anything—his warm gesture truly topped off our great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! The place is clean, well-maintained, and close to malls, public transportation, and more. The kitchen appliances are fully functional, allowing us to cook our own meals. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The guard was very friendly, and the host was warm and accommodating.
