Absolutely beautiful property. Even more beautiful than the photos. The owners are so lovely, helpful and professional. They met us somewhere that was easy to find, then showed us around the house and told us how everything worked. They messaged before we arrived to ask if we needed a cot for the baby. They provided toiletries, milk, coffee, tea, olive oil, bread which really helped after a long journey and meant we didn’t need to rush to the supermarket. They are so friendly and helpful. The location is stunning, quiet and private, but needs a car if you need to shop or go to restaurants etc. Skopelos port town is less than 10 minutes away by car and is a lovely town. Our holiday was perfect thanks to this lovely place and the lovely owners. We will definitely visit again.

Michaela greeted us with such warmth, helped us with groceries and arranged a donkey to take our stuff to the house. She was always responsive, giving suggestions and recommendations. The place itself is a true gem, with plenty of space, greatly equipped kitchen and a few spots for dining to choose from. It’s also located well for all the hikes around the island and not too far from the port (which is great for groceries and restaurants). We were impressed with the amount of detail Michaela kindly put in the house. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location with a stunning view and gorgeous heated pool. The property had all the mod cons including dimmed lighting, air con and cooking facilities. The BBQ was particularly good. The fire pit is a nice to sit for sunrise or sunset. Katerina was very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. Would highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. We had a perfect week, in a fabulous home. The property is very well appointed and comfortable. Everything was working perfectly, and very clean. The area is beautiful, with an amazing view from the property (you see nothing but sea and coast from the front and side), and even a nice little taverna across the road. Antonis was a great agent and the owners Irene and Alex were super helpful and responsive, they even provided us with a great list of ideas for restaurants and things to do. Will definitely return!

Where do we start? We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gerasimos and Vasiliki. You were both incredible hosts and we loved the outstanding service. The villa itself is absolutely stunning! We arrived in the last week of Oct and there no tourists around! The peace and quiet was just so perfect! We loved the weather, the pool, the views! Everything! We drove from the airport and that took about 50 mins. We loved the gate entrance and the privacy it brought with it. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunrise every single morning from either the balcony and by the high chairs! Absolutely stunning views. We loved the cute gift basket! Places we visited were: Poros, Skala Beach, Sami, Myrtos Beach (sunset is beautiful) and Argostoli. We highly recommend this villa to all! And we look forward to returning with our family again! Had an amazing stay at the luxury stone villa, Clayde was super helpful and responsive the whole trip and sent us lots of recommendations for trips etc. The villa is beautiful, exactly like the photos and simply a lovely place to wake up. Would recommend to anyone!

Wow. Just wow. One of the nicest air bnbs we’ve stayed in. Christopher’s home is just that. He takes pride in the beautiful lighting and fixtures and appliances and even the linens were lovely. Showers amazing. The location could not have been better especially to come back to after a day outing. So peaceful. Our adult girls loved paddle boarding every afternoon. We really liked putting the lights on ambient to watch a movie. Walking distance to great food at the oyster shack. Best dinner we had. Amfora also great. Loved the easy day trips to Kotor and Perast but mostly coming back to house with a bottle of rose. It was a truly magical small town homey safe neighborhood and easy parking if you need it. Christoper was fantastic to talk to. Sladjana a delight. Please please please feed the sweet little black cat he stole my heart as did this home 🖤🩵 in beautiful Montenegro. The stone home was truly the highlight of trip here. Thank you.

We had an amazing time. The place was very clean, views were stunning. Host was attentive and responsive. Care was given to provide many items to ensure we had all the items we needed on our arrival. Extremely thoughtful! We had two young children and were please to have everything we needed for them to lunch on arrival. So many special touches!! We rented this villa is Corfu for four retired couples. It is a beautiful place in a great location. The pictures are very accurate. The beach at the house is not a sand beach but there are public beaches near by. We loved being near the village of Benites and only 30 minutes from old town Corfu. The house is beautiful and well furnished. The pool overlooking the water has lots of seating and umbrellas. We spent most mornings outside reading and looking at the sea. We rented a nine passenger van that was a bit of a challenge getting in and out of the villa drive but still doable. Get a smaller vehicle if possible. Staff member Gino was responsive to all of our needs and very helpful in making recommendations of things to do. The people in this village treat you like family within a few days. We felt like the Texans of Corfu. We left a piece of our heart there.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, which could be enjoyed from almost every corner of the property. The outdoor area was a paradise – we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and enjoying meals on the terrace with a view that felt like a dream. The location is perfect for those looking to experience the tranquility and beauty of Paxoi. It’s secluded enough to offer complete privacy, yet just a short drive to charming villages and pristine beaches. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.

Solid stay in a great place. The laundry machine was confusing and more could be done to support that process.

We called this place "the mansion." The views are absolutely breathtaking and the accommodations pristine. The beautiful beach is across the street and the hotel nearby has an outside bar on that beach. We ended up renting a car because we could tell driving in Crete was easier than places like Mykonos and Athens. We ventured to a few places like Richtis Gorge and the downtown harbor; excellent shopping with some closed (no vehicles) streets. We wished we had more time here! Our host was very kind and also helpful in booking the car rental after our arrival. We highly recommend Villa Phi!! Thank you.

Ivan is an extraordinary host with an amazing property. It didn't matter what we asked for or needed help with, Ivan went above and beyond to serve our needs. His home is an impeccable oasis, right on the Adriatic. We rearranged our itinerary, to stay here and are so glad we did. If you're even considering coming to the area, you need to stay here!

Great stay! Just a small drive away from the main city center which is nice because there isn’t many people around that area. It is quiet with a nice view. I would definitely recommend this villa!

The house is very nicely decorated, very clean and a wonderful place to relax and go on excursions to Olympus/Meteora. I'd come back.

Beautiful villa, with a great view of the lake! The rooms were large and the terrace with pool a dream ☺️ We felt very comfortable! The way down to the village is a bit steep in parts, but it is definitely worth it. Communication with Benida was great - fast response, recommendations for restaurants and small requests were immediately implemented. In addition, we received a video for the first arrival, which showed us the way to the accommodation - really good 🤭 We would definitely book the villa again.

An absolute gem, we had an amazing stay at Maria's place. The house is absolutely beautiful, modern with quality all around. It's also super private with nothing but nature around you. Will definitely be coming back!!

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.
