If you are looking for something which is Old Kolkata nostalgia, look no further. It reminded me of my Childhood home. The same color of the floor, similar wood work. Bani has maintained it well to retain the old Kolkata charm. clean, spacious apartment which felt like home. The toilet fittings are upgraded to match the modern day requirements. The apartment is originally a large which is split into 2 smaller, self sufficient apartments. we took both of them which if needed could fit 6 people. Bani was very approachable, responsive for any help. I asked for it a couple of times and ahe was prompt to respond. The location is a BIG plus. All the favourite food I grew up with were available within a One KM radius. Overall.. when ever I plan to come back to Kolkata, I will definitely check if Bani's place is available or not.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The host generously offered us an upgraded flat upon arrival due to availability, which was a lovely surprise. The flat was clean, spacious, and well-furnished—very comfortable. A special mention to the helper uncle who was always around to assist us—he was kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in/check-out were seamless. We’d definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

La Residenza Airbnb ( Sweta's place) is better than this. It was good. but price is a little bit higher side. La Residenza airbnb is better value for money in Newtown Kolkata, but that was booked on that day. Anywasy it was nice stay. Thank you.

location is right in the heart of Park street. still quiet as it's ticked in a bit. numerous great restaurants near by. museum is close too. very spacious rooms. beds are a bit creeky. great for groups.

It’s a nice pla; my family had a great time. Joydip’s mother was very responsive. Dakshineswar Kali Temple and Belur Math are the closest attractions. Uber services are available, and the nearest metro station is Dakshineswar.

The locality was very peaceful. Great connectivity as it is very close to metro station. Nice and well maintained house. with all the listed amenities available. Priti was very co-operative and friendly. This would definitely be my first choice if I had to visit again.

It was a delightful experience from hassle free ,warm chcek in to quick check out. Facilities were exactly what are shown in the photos. Host was always eager to help from finding good breakfast, laundery services,replenishment of consumables, getting the house cleaned etc. Mr .Pankaj was very forthcoming and walked extra mile make the stay comfortable. There are good walking path around the lagoon and snack centres to make morning walks pleasurable. Would love to stay in the property in the future too, Thanks Pankaj

The room was spacious. We had a great stay! 4-5 people can share the room comfortably. The room was clean, adjacent to the roof. Nice experience overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well-equipped Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The attached kitchen and private washroom made the stay incredibly convenient, especially for longer visits. I loved the little reading corner with a few handpicked books—it added such a charming, personal touch. On quieter evenings, I enjoyed playing a game of chess or ludo, and having access to a TV and air-conditioning made the entire experience feel like home. A peaceful, comfortable retreat—I’d gladly return! Mr Sukanta Singh Roy is always ready to help with every little things I am glad about his hosting. I wish again could be here in my next trip. Heartwhelming thanks to him.

I and my wife had a very pleasant stay here . The service provided by the manager Mr. Karrtick Ghosh and his team consisting of Basudeb, Biswanath and Parimal was unparalleled. We received everything we wanted at our fingertip , A plus point which I did not expect was that they made custom ordered homemade extremely delicious food. Though I did not meet Mr. Devesh personally , it was extremely easy to communicate with him and he answered all my queries immediately and in a professional way. Also everything was well managed by the manager Dipayan and Amit . We will definitely return here in the future and will recommend this place highly to our friends and relatives .
