Secluded Ptarmigan Yurt

Now in its 7th season the Yurt is very popular. Last year (2023) we have upgraded the flooring from carpet to wood with lovely rugs. This year (2024)We have also changed the curtains throws, cushions and bedding and added a few extras for our guests comfort. The Yurt has a kingsize bed, a kitchenette and a sofa. The fire is ready for our guests to light on arrival as this is the only form of heating and you can request more logs each day free, The Yurt has an ensuite bathroom with shower etc

The stag Hut has been created with a passion for the animal that often roams the fields that surround the shepherds hut. Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Boxy's Croft is a cosy cottage with breath taking views of Loch Ness and the surrounding mountains which combines accessibility to the village of Drumnadrochit and city of Inverness with a feeling of remoteness and tranquillity. The village has a small supermarket and good selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs in addition to local walks, loch swims, bike rides and plenty of options for day trips. Urquhart Bay Barn, situated at the Urquhart Bay Viewpoint, is a charming and spacious self-catering renovation, with two bedrooms (one can be either two single beds or a king size bed), completed to a very high standard, with stunning views across Loch Ness and Glen Urquhart from the dining area window and gardens. We are just a few minutes walk from the iconic Urquhart Castle. The Barn itself is built with stone taken from Urquhart Castle in the late 1800s.
