Our communication was with your Márcio (Sabrina's father) who welcomed us very well, showed us all the facilities, it was very cordial. In relation to the accommodations, simple, however, very good and the location is not even talked about, in the center of the city , a block from the sea. Easy access to restaurants and shops and supermarket . Party room with amazing sea view. If possible, we will come back. Thank you Márcio and his daughter Sabrina!!

My family and I spent great days in the apartment of Eliane. Clean, organized location, with great beach view and close to restaurants and bars. The host was requested with us assisting in everything that was needed. We'll come back next time!

A Fabi wonderful, attentive and helpful host. Wonderful place, clean, full kitchen appliances and great state of use. The next beach and supermarket apartment can be reached on foot. Only the centrinho I found a little far away to walk, but by car it doesn't take 10 min. Parking of the building is easy to maneuver. As it was low season, both chekin and chekaut were very affordable. I definitely recommend the stay and would return.

Host was super kind and quick in replies. The house has an incredible location, right in front of the sea and close to the center, with several bars, restaurants, ice cream shops and nearby market. The house is beautiful, clean, super cozy, we feel at home and the patio is great!!! perfect for those who have children or pets. The experience was great, amazing!!! We'll come back

Communication with the host to the amenities provided, everything went beyond our expectations. The house is great, has all rooms as described in the ad. The space at the swimming pool is a key environment, super spacious and cozy. We stayed so that we could go to the start-up event and the location was excellent, one block away and “fell” inside the event. There are a few smaller bars and markets nearby, it is further from the main street where there is greater commerce, but nothing that by car is not resolved. Host Suellen has been super considerate of us since the initial booking, gave us attention, and helped with all the unforeseen issues that came up during their stay. We recommend it!

Fairly spacious, airy and equipped apartment. The garage is great, holds off a large sedan. It is close to the molhes, edge of Mampituba and a few blocks from the sea. Inclusive you can see the sea of the balcony.

Close to Beira Mar Avenue, I went out for walks every morning. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Valesca is very polite, friendly, answered my questions. Torres is very beautiful. I recommend the apartment. I'll be back for sure.

The stay was excellent! Both Beatriz and her husband Telmo were very helpful and dear to us, they showed us the whole apartment, gave instructions and were always available. We were greeted very well, the check in and the checkout were flexible, which made the experience even better. We spent incredible days with our family, an excellent stay, we very much pleased Beatriz and Telmo for their affection and hospitality. We highly recommend the apartment, super well located, clean and with a very good structure.

Luciana served us every time we need to talk to her . Helpful and attentive. We arrived at the site and punctually it was there to pass on the keys. The place was clean and organized. Very quiet as we needed to rest. Easy location and close to Supermarket, shops and bakeries. Alias a bakery Vosso bread and wonderful (many tasty things and great service. Tb is close to the beach. We love the hammock on the balcony and great shower. Anyway, when possible we will go back. At the exit we needed to hand over the keys and once again it was very punctual. Thank you so much for your stay. We love everything and the city. I highly recommend it! An abration for you Luciana!!!

We had a great stay, an extremely clean house and all organized , attentive host, answered all doubts and always willing if necessary.

I and my godmother loved the accommodation. The room has several facilities such as microwave, coffee maker and electric jar (in addition to the minibar that is more common). it had many kitchen items, making it much easier to use. the place is very central, close to the places where we wanted to go and stake very clean and organized. Although we haven't used it, we love that they offer chairs and beach cart and cooler loans. We will certainly stay there next year!

Located very close to the sea,and close to the center and commerce,I walked on foot and by bike and the very comfortable apartment
