Four blocks from the beach, here you will find a new space, totally designed not only for your leisure but also for the convenience of a home office. And now, with the latest addition, a swimming pool heated up to 35 degrees for those cold days. This way, you can enjoy the house even more with your family. The heating fee will only be charged if you request the activation.

Front facing the sea, 5 en-suites w/ air-conditioning, up to 20 people

The house, opened in 2016, sleeps up to 20 people, and is literally located on the side of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no red tape. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two bathrooms, two large balconies and a barbecue. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always nice, but if necessary all the suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.

The convenience of the swimming pool in the house and the sea in front are a great option for the whole family. Important: In respect of most of the neighborhood being elderly, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
