Here, time slows down, and you will be able to observe nature, listen to the sounds of birds, and breathe fresh air. Our chalet is 48 square meters and has been carefully decorated. Important note: the chalet is private, everything in the photos is for the exclusive use of the guests.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (with shower), a very spacious kitchen with a barbecue area, garden and a very large and covered garage. Sun lounger, sun umbrella, some beach chairs. *Guests must bring towels! *House voltage: 220V. *Pets allowed (up to 3). *House with 1 bedroom on the ground floor and access ramp to common rooms. Other bedrooms on the second floor.

Our unit features a hot tub, smart TV with all open channels, queen bed, the entire cabin with gas heating, hot and cold air-conditioning, a balcony overlooking the river, an outdoor fire pit, a hammock area and an aerial deck in the midst of nature. The entire cabin was planned with care and comfort for our guests, in addition to the wonderful view of the Canyons and the Serra.

Rustic cottage @chaledavilasc with 390 square meters of exclusive land, perfect for resting and venturing out with friends. The chalet has a spectacular view of the Malacara Canyons, Crowned Indians and Molha Coco, and we are 4 km from the city center with a fully paved route. Note: steep stairs, not recommended for people with mobility issues.
