Disfrutad de su precioso jardín, tumbonas, mini-golf y mesa de billar francés. Existe la posibilidad de alquilar por horas la pista de fútbol tenis y pádel con un coste adicional de 10€. Se permite las comidas y fiestas familiares en la zona barbacoa pero, sin música alta ni aglomeración masiva de gente (máximo 15 personas).

Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.
