Best location! Near Old Town, in hipster Kalamaja

Location, location location! Within a 10-min walk are: Old Town of Tallinn, Vana-Kalamaja street with cafeterias, Fotografiska museum and trendy restaurants of Telliskivi. Market place Baltijaama Turg is across the street, but this apartment is in a quiet courtyard. Great burgers and a wine bar literally next door to us. The apartment has a beautiful views towards the wooden houses of Kalamaja and also to Old Town. Our modern apartment has unobstructed access for people with reduced mobility.

This building was completed in the summer of 2018. The 2nd floor 1BR apartment is finished with custom-designed modern nordic features. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, comfortable and quiet providing a good night sleep and a perfect location in the trendy Kalamaja area. The Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away as well as is the famous Telliskivi creative area. There are lots of good restaurants near the house and a good supermarket 200 meters away at the Baltijaam Farmers market .
