Lige ved badebyen Bandholm ligger dette hyggelige bindingsværkshus, der tidligere har tilhørt godset Knuthenborg. Her kan du slappe af med familien og nyde de fredfyldte omgivelser, herunder den nærliggende skov, hvor der lever vildsvin. Huset, der er bygget i 1776, emmer af gamle dage på landet. De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.
