Es handelt sich um ein historisches Kapitänshaus im frisch kernsanierten Zustand. Das Haus hat 3 En-Suite-Duschbäder, ein Vollbad und ein weiteres Duschbad. Zum Haus gehört ein eigener Park mit altem Baumbestand, Solitärgehölzen und einem Teich. Der Garten grenzt an ein großes Feld, hinter dem die Ostsee liegt. Verschiedene Strände sind nicht weiter als ein Kilometer vom Haus entfernt und gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
