The house consists of a large, air-conditioned bedroom with a fan, a bathroom, and two additional bedrooms that are currently unfurnished, house is very clean and offers access to the garden. Parking is available in front of the door, and there is a security camera and Wi-Fi.

The house is located 5 km from Sichon center and 2 km from the beach The house is located in a 100 year old coconut plantation where there is a lot of peace and quiet, it feels a bit like time has stood still. The house has a small splash pool where you can sit and let your thoughts wander. Around the house there is a wall with lots of palm trees so you have your private life in peace.
