Apartment holiday rentals in Bang Krasaw

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Luca was a fantastic host — super responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the little personal touches that made the place feel like home.

Such good condominium we booked, it is the best one amomg the total four condominiums we booked for this Thailand journey. We are very satisfy and enjoy living here. Also we appreciate the kindly service from the room owner and his butler, one nice lady.

I would say Gaan’s place is one of the best accommodations I have even stayed in Bangkok. My favourite part is it is very close to cinema and have multiple options for food order. It is also walking distance to Rachayothin BTS and can easily access to downtown. One inconvenient thing is there is no stove inside the apartment and cannot cook food because of safety concerns. Other than that I like the place and location.

Absolutely a paradise!!! Best prices for smoke in Thailand for good quality!!! Treated with a fridge full of water (if you know you know) on arrival snacks lollies our own bong and complimentary gram for everyday we stayed. Air purifier and air conditioning downstairs and upstairs. Kitchen has everything you need and 7-11 is literally a few steps away and open 24/7 staff were so welcoming helping us with our luggage and gave us free fat buds merch to take home stickers. Can even order fat dads burgers if you cbf looking for food.

I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

Great location. Near by the river and very well connected with either boats (that bring you along all the sights near by the river e.g. china town or the grand palace - depending on your "walking-lust" these are actually walkable as well) or the BTS (that connects you with all of the rest of Bangkok e.g. the "roaring" Sukhumvit area and many more). Great street food all around. Emmy was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment was equipped with literally anything you could need and had many considerate details. I had an amazing stay. Some smaller elements of the apartment, regarding the handiwork, felt a little bit provisional. But this didn't take anything away from the all over experience, especially in comparison to all the other very good reviews and the nice details of a very welcoming apartment. Ah and btw .. what .. a .. view! :)

Good place for backpackers! Need to climb up the stairs to reach there, but the location is amazing!

The flat looks exactly like the photos—perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It’s located on a higher floor of an older building close to Chinatown, which initially made me feel a bit uneasy, but that changed the moment I stepped inside. The stunning river view immediately took my breath away. Just two floors below, there’s a shared patio where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets across the river. The view was so pleasant that I ended up staying in bed all day during a thunderstorm just to watch it. Lily is very responsive and helpful. She also has a two-bedroom apartment next door with a spacious living room and panoramic views—ideal for families or small groups. I’d love to come back again next time!

Clean and comfy room, all amenities work well, tucked away in a tiny lane but quite close to the main road, the building is in the middle of a street market (not noisy) lots of good restaurants nearby and some excellent coffee also! Nutcha was clear in all her communication, easy to reach for any queries and this helped us have a great experience.

I had a great stay! The host was very helpful and responsive throughout. The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was also very attentive and made sure everything was in order. Highly recommend!

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

I really like Jane's apartment! The indoor environment is beautiful, with very good interior decoration, and it is comfortable with air conditioning and air purifier. The indoor independent washing machine with drying function is very convenient, which is really needed in the summer in Thailand. The daily necessities in the bathroom and kitchen are sufficient and easy to get. The location of the apartment is quite good, where is not far from Emsphere shopping mall.

Stayed for 5 nights, perfect for a group. 2 toilets and very beautiful and spacious apartment . The facility had a gym and a sky infinity pool as well which made lazy days enjoyable. In terms of convenience, it is a 200m walk away from the train station which got us to many places throughout our stay. Will definitely visit again.

Really nice place, beautiful apartment. Just a short walk to the main street where you can catch a cab. Also very nice bathtub.

All was as good as the photos although the building is a bit old But it's easy to get in there is a 7-11 downstairs Tonglor station is at the community gate Very satisfied host was also very quick to return messages

Condo is very conveniently located near Thonglor BTS, 7-Eleven, and the surrounding nightlife spots. It is clean and has a nice balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Hot water in shower is steady, snug bedsheets, spacious wardrobe with hangers, comes with an iron to solve your luggage clothes creases. Wifi is good, loved using Netflix/Youtube on the Smart TV. Highly recommend and will definitely return :)
