Place is not huge, but perfect for 1 person or couple. Host very responsive as I needed to use the safe and lost my card Very accommodating

The location is very good ! cuz It is very close to the bus terminal to Suvarnabhumi Airport. And there is a host who is very friendly and takes good care of you, so you can get a lot of help whenever you feel embarrassed ! and It is also a good place to go by taxi to a major spot, like terminal21 or the saintary place I recommend this place !

Richard was my host and the listing absolutely matched the description. it's 3-4 minutes walk away from 7/11. There are massage centres and eateries right outside the apartment. the apartment itself is very beautiful with a very beautiful swimming pool, and gym. it has a sauna too which I didn't even see. would like to come back... Amazing place! Amazing Host!

Really fantastic place with a stunning view. Restaurants are 5 minute walking distance once you get to the lobby, great ammnieites with the gym and pool and Mat is really responsive. Great host and nicely decorated place.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Nièce quite place , easy to reach , privacy secured , easy transport via grab even in late nights , Nina quite responsive , only issue was smell in kitchen section due to sewage blockage in society Nina tried to resolve as best possible

The pool is the main attraction of the place, for adults and children, fun is guaranteed! The gym is medium-sized and has an open space if you want to run or exercise outside, it has a sea view and is very pleasant in the morning to work out and look at the sea. The host was very friendly and left us some fruit for our arrival. The beach is about 300 meters away and is easy to get to on foot. We'd go back to the apartment another time.

We loved our stay at Jiranan’s place. The space was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. There are many highly-rated restaurants nearby, offering both local and European cuisine. The beach is easily accessible, and the property has a large, well-maintained pool with a cozy café. The security staff is very friendly and even accepted deliveries for us. The Internet was perfect for work and playing games. A couple of things to keep in mind: at night, music from the bar street can be heard until around 2 AM, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, the condominium building management considers the tourist season to be from November 15 to February 15, so outside of these dates, there may be room decoration work in neighboring units from 9:00 to 17:00.

Orada was super responsive to any needs we had. They actually upgraded our room because the bed was broken in the inital room, the whole issue was promptly resolved and the upgraded room was extremely nice. Thanks for having us!

Jula was an amazing host extremely accommodating and very kind. She responded quickly to all my questions. Julas place was beautifully kept. It is an older building but the place was very clean and lots of space. There's a huge balcony, it was very quiet and lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again.
