Highly recommend! The stay was all around perfect! The place was exactly as described – very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was great, calm yet central. I want to highlight the hospitality: the host was incredibly helpful, friendly and always quick to reach. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back on occasion. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxed and worry-free stay!

Perry is very good host, answer quickly. Condo was clean and bed was more than good, excellent, super, I was sleeping like little baby. Not far from Pattaya or jomtien, easy to go 10bhat buss goes both ways. 17th floor and can see loooong way. 10++ I seriously recommend this condo.

This was a great location, nice and close to Starbucks for a morning coffee and also very close to markets and street food of an evening a nice walk to beach everything was close

Jack’s place was everything we expected. Great views, all amenities provided, clean and a comfortable bed. Close to the night market for amazing foods and right at the foot of Jomtien Beach. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Will stay again.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Booked this place for my family vacation and got exactly what I expected. The room was well-prepared, fully equipped, and had everything we needed. Convenient location and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

Nice condo, lots of restaurants in walking distance, 15 minute taxi from main part of Pattaya if you want to go but It was nice to be away from busy centre, pool facilities were lovely, steps down onto the beach, great for a romantic get away

Location is right in central, soi bukhao is next door, Central Festival mall and Walking Street is 10 minutes walk away. The condo is well hidden so free from any noise. Pool and gym are better than most hotels here. The unit is clean, modern, fully furnished and hotel standard. Highly recommended!

It's just a good apartment to stay in with everything you expect from an apartment. I would stay there again

Very helpful host. Managed to lock myself out, twice, but host solved the problem very quick both times. Highly recommended. Only thing to mention is that a motorcycle really helps you to get around so i would recommend renting one. Fridge was filled with complimentary water and beverages, a nice touch!
