Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bangli Regency

It’s hard to put into words how wonderful our stay was. This was a big trip for my grandmothers 89th bday. Six women and a baby traveling from the US. Chika did above and beyond helping find the best restaurants, spa’s, shopping, drivers, temple’s…etc The home is absolutely stunning with so many personal touches. The backyard view with the pool is exactly what you want when visiting Bali. Her staff was the sweetest, breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely book here again and recommended to anyone going. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here and experience Ubud’s beauty.

Made's place is centrally located in Penestanan, Ubud, making it a great walkable location to many restaurants and shops. The pool is beautiful and the two rooms are large. The kitchen is limited, but who needs a big kitchen when you have amazing and affordable restaurants down the street! The only part that felt a little challenging was finding a place to hang out as a group, as the general area was limited in seating options. Otherwise a wonderful spot and host! Thanks, Made!

Great host, beautiful place! It was a very nice stay overall. Host Manik was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved the two adorable cats Happy and Lili who were very well behaved and affectionate. Expect about 3-5 minutes of walking from the car park to the villa. It’s a nice tranquil walk off the beaten path passing by a garden, but it may be slightly inconvenient with toddlers or wheelchairs. But overall I still highly recommend this villa.

This villa is a true paradise for those who value comfort, privacy, and impeccable service. The spacious private grounds, direct ocean access with stunning views, and incredibly cozy atmosphere made our stay perfect. The exquisite cuisine deserves special mention—every dish was a culinary masterpiece. The staff took care of us with exceptional attention to detail, adding to the feeling of complete relaxation. It’s a place where you can forget everything and simply enjoy nature, the ocean, and top-tier comfort. We will definitely be back!

My family of 4 with 2 young kids stayed for two full months and Dewa and the whole staff treated us like family. On several occasions Dewa went way out of his way to help us and made sure we had everything we needed to have the best stay. We rented a fence to go around the pool to make it safer for the kids cost around $100 cad/month. Dewa set us up with scooter rentals and they were there ready on our arrival. The cleaning ladies were so sweet with my kids and not having to clean was a highlight of my trip. They also provided all the drinking water. The area has one nice restaurant within about 5 min walk through the rice fields and another 10 mins along the busy road. Was very happy over all and would recommend.

The beautiful accommodation was a perfect getaway for me and my family. But what made me giving the 5Stars mainly is the team. The housekeeping was awesome, so kind and even from a European point of view super super clean. And since my whole Airbnb journey I never experienced such a great and quick response like Made did it. I am so thankful and highly recommend this place. There is one thing that you need to know. Because I am a sensitive person I am pointing that out: it is an open construction. Means, the windows don’t have glass everywhere and in some rooms there is an open wall or an open roof in the bathroom. That means bugs, mosquitos and spiders can come in. Made and his team try to help as much as they can. I just want eventyone to know that in advance.

The villa is beautiful to stay in. It had a very peaceful vibe, eye catching art and beautiful balinese furnishings, in amongst the rice fields. Very clean. A perfect spot to stay at, away from the hustle and bustle of what is Ubud is now. Agustin (house manager) and housekeeping staff were so attentive, helpful and friendly. They delivered some groceries (and beer!), organise drivers and bikes for us. Communication was no problem. They made our stay there so easy! At the street address there is no sign (that we could read anyway) to know that you are there. The house is hidden at the back in the fields so you need to follow the small path down, to the right, then up the 2nd to the left. Turn left at the path T intersection at the top. Though the lovely housekeeper ended up finding us and escorted us with our bags up to the villa. I loved watching the fieldman shoo gaggles of ducks into new paddocks. Beautiful sunrises 🥰

We couldn’t have dreamed for a better place to stay. It rained a lot during our stay & we were a group of 9, but the luxury & facilities of the villa meant the rain didn’t matter. There is a massage pavilion (which I must have missed from the description) & you can order massage therapists IN!! Definite recommend. Before we arrived, the bridge between the villa & Ubud was damaged, but we could still get food delivered, & we could get local drivers to take us to & from Ubud, winding through the narrow, but beautiful streets of local villages (30 mins to Ubud). But the true MVPs of this villa were Tom & Putu, our breakfast chefs & housekeepers. Shandy was away, but they kept the villa clean & tidy, always asked our permission to clean bedrooms or have other staff (pool/garden) come in, loved a chat, gave us great insight into the local culture & the local people & events, they cooked SPECTACULAR breakfasts for us, & even did grocery runs for us before they finished for the day! ⭐️⭐️⭐

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

Our stay with Ning and Michael has been absolutely amazing. They are both extremely accommodating and welcoming as hosts. the Property is beautiful, and has everything you could need for a long or short stay. We loved it so much we extended out stay 3 times. Would give it 10 stars if i could! we will definitely be booking with them again. daily cleaning, privacy, quiet area, great restaurants in the area, and numerous areas to relax made it a 10/10 stay. Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft inmitten von Reisfeldern. Die Lage hätte nicht schöner sein können. Wir konnten vom Bett aus, die Reisfelder sehen. Auf der Dachterasse hatte man einen tollen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt. Die Begrüßung erfolgte persönlich durch den Gastgeber, welcher uns auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr geholfen hat. Leider kam meine Freundin bereits krank an, woraufhin er direkt los ging und Medikamente holte. Als sie dann zum Arzt musste, fuhr er uns mit seinem Auto ins nahegelegenen Krankenhaus. Er blieb die gesamte Zeit mit im Krankenhaus, um dort alles weitere zu regeln. Für all das, wollte er kein Geld. Wir haben selten einen so herzlichen Menschen kennengelernt.

Incroyable endroit perdu dans les rizières, les levés de soleil étaient magnifiques le matin, tellement calme et apaisant. Komang était accueillant et disponible. Le meilleur endroit dans la région de Sidemen sans hésitation!

We really enjoy our time in this cozy house. It was a perfect escape to nature! Located just five minutes away from the center of Ubud to north, which was really convenient for us to enjoy rice terraces and waterfall rides avoiding Ubudian traffic👌

Great view, better in person than in the pictures. The area is extremely quiet, great for if you want pure tranquility but can be a hassle if you are wanting to do things. The property itself is nice it is exactly like the pictures, I had a furry guest the entire visit which was nice. The lads keeping things moving at the properly do a great job, more than excellent they are probably the reason I gave the property 5 stars instead of 4. Happy with the place, would recommend stockpiling any food you need too as shops round there are limited which is understandable and if you are there for the volcano hike/drive make sure you organise getting to the main road and transport there as I found out the hard way. Thanks for having me.

Es impresionante el lugar, mucho mejor que las fotos, llegamos lloviendo y de noche y ya nos encantó pero al levantarnos nos quedamos sin palabras, es un lugar que no se puede describir hay que verlo y vivirlo, sin duda alguna, es uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado. Muy recomendable porque está a muy poca distancia de la bulliciosa Ubud pero en un lugar super relajante
