The first floor has a dining room with a fireplace and TV, a sofa bed, a professionally equipped kitchen connected to the veranda, equipped with a dining area. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with amenities for the most demanding guests.

Our place is an apartment on the second floor of a house close to the city centre, parks, sightseeings, and a sports area. We live on the third floor so if you need anything, the door is always open. You’ll love the spacious apartment, the views, the location, and the garden. It could be ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. There is a covered outdoor механа (see in pictures) with a kitchenette and a fireplace available at an additional cost.

Kochmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Die Lage nach Südwesten sorgt bei den zahlreichen Sonnenstunden im Jahr für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit gibt es WLAN und die Nähe zu Smolyan (15 min mit dem Auto) sorgt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
