The cottage provides complete peace and privacy, it is accessible only by a 150 m long steep pedestrian path from the parking lot below the hill.

Local stone, wood and clay are the main building materials of this cottage, and the natural atmosphere can be felt throughout the stay. The interior is strongly connected to the garden, which includes an outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen and flowering beds, full of healthy, tasty fruits and herbs throughout the year. The apartment Birthplace of Dežo Hoffmann is located in a historic house, which is a national cultural monument. It is located right in the center of Banská Štiavnica and closes the Holy Trinity Square. Thanks to its unique location, it provides its guests with the opportunity to relax well and get everywhere on foot. You can park right in front of the front door. The building also includes a memorial room dedicated to the world-famous photographer Dežo Hoffmann, who was born in this house, and we cordially invite you to visit it.

Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills of Štiavnica, the stone sea, romantic moments on the terrace for two, or relax in our bathtub. In summer, you can walk along forest paths, breathe fresh air and feel the smell of nature. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie on Netflix.

Relax in this quiet accommodation with the whole family. The cottage is suitable for families with children. Children will find many attractions here. A trampoline, children's playground, metal climbing frame, slide on a slope with a climbing wall and a zipline. Parents can relax on the terrace or in the hot tub (for a fee of €50 for the entire stay). The pool is accessible in the summer months and is shared by guests of two cottages.
