Stylishly furnished apartment, 45 sq. m. with two separate rooms. It is located 200 m from the first Ski lift station to access mountin. Close to the city center, with good infrastructure. There is a possibility to park a car. It consists of a large room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. Air conditioning heating. Large bathroom with bathtub. There is a SPA nearby, just accross the street . Nearbay has shops, restaurants and ski rent.

The building itself is located on the highest point of Bansko with a panoramic view of the mountain, right at the border of Pirin National Park, and is the starting point of many hiking routes.
